Never let a few days of falling back into old ways of doing things discourage you from continuing to re-establish the new changes you're making in your life. On hard days, practice self-kindness not self destruction. They are just bad days and we all get them, even me.

Sometimes adapting to upheaval requires...
Sometimes adapting to upheaval requires the willingness to
try new things. However, we tend to resist change, especially when we feel
threatened. But adaptation ,even to small changes is liberating. The more we
learn to adapt the more we'll be able to cope with difficult things.

There is only one person...
There is only one person you will have a relationship with
for all of your life and that’s yourself. So, you better start making sure that
you’re a good companion. Live your best life by being kind to yourself, every
day.

Other people may be more educated, skilled, or talented in
one or another way, but there is something wonderful about you and what you

some benefit to it, but there is not. We can think about a problem, take action
to deal with a problem, but we don't need to worry about it. Worry has no real
purpose other than keeping us busy doing nothing.

We often overthink because...
We often overthink because we feel uncertain even scared of
what could go wrong in the future. We feel that if we solve potential problems
in our head that we'll be better prepared for the challenges if they happen.
But that is just our mind tricking us and keeping us stuck.
